AOX Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Policy explains cancellation, job cancellation, system failure compensation and refund rules for AOX subscriptions.
1. Core Principles
- AOX is a cloud computing and CFD execution environment, not a guaranteed-result product.
2. Subscription Cancellation

| Remaining access | You may continue using the active plan until the billing cycle ends. |
| Cash refund for remaining period | Fees already paid for the current monthly billing cycle are generally non-refundable. |
3. Plan Changes
Downgrades take effect on the next billing date. You keep the current higher plan access until the current billing cycle ends, and no cash refund is provided for the current-cycle price difference.

8. Refund Request Process
- If approved, ADRO will initiate the payment cancellation or refund process within 3 business days after approval.
- Actual receipt of funds may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, PayPal, bank, currency conversion, and cross-border settlement timing.
9. Mandatory Local Rights
This Policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Policy limits refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
